Description

Pixies are tiny winged sprites, standing only a foot tall. They are naturally invisible and use this ability constantly. They are mischievous, curious, and rarely malicious — but they are not above tormenting travelers who disturb their woodland homes.

Special Abilities

Natural Invisibility: Pixies are naturally invisible. They remain invisible even while attacking, unless they choose to reveal themselves. Attacking an invisible pixie requires luck or area effect.

Seen by Few: Only Dragons and high-level fighters (typically 8th level or higher) can see invisible pixies without magical aid.

Attack While Invisible: Pixies attack while remaining invisible. Targets suffer the standard penalty for fighting an invisible opponent.

Tactics / Encounter / Notes

Pixies rarely fight to the death — they prefer to harass, steal small objects, and vanish. If a party is respectful and interesting, pixies may be helpful, trading information for curiosity or small gifts.
