Description
The Minotaur is a man with the head of a bull — savage, powerful, and consumed by hunger for human flesh. They are found in labyrinths, underground complexes, and natural cave systems they have claimed as their own.
Special Abilities
Unerring in the Labyrinth: Minotaurs never become lost in dungeons or mazes. They know their home territory perfectly.
Relentless: Minotaurs never check morale and always attack. They will pursue prey until it escapes or one of them dies.
Man-Eater: Minotaurs specifically hunt humanoids for food. They may ignore other creature types if humanoid prey is available.
Tactics / Encounter / Notes
Minotaurs charge at full speed, lowering their horns for the gore attack, then snap with their teeth. If armed (some carry large clubs or axes), they deal 2d6 damage with weapon attacks instead.
10% chance the encounter is at their lair.
Treasure
Minotaur lairs contain Type C treasure — the scattered possessions of their victims.
